Shining Stars offers a wide variety of classes for both boys and girls ranging in age from 2 1/2 to adult. There is an annual recital held at Packard Music Hall in Warren, Ohio, parades for the baton classes to march in, holiday parties, and competition classes for the more serious students. All students that participate in the recital and complete a full year of lessons will receive an award.
Our award winning competition team has won state, regional, national, and international titles for the past 11 years in both dance and baton twirling. In 2006 and 2009 Shining Stars had twirlers on the USA World Team in Endihoven, Holland & Ghent, Belgium bringing home 2 silver medals and 1 bronze medal. We are proud to once again be crowned the 2009 National Champions by winnning 17 National World Open Solo Titles. We have an excellent staff of instructors who have numerous qualifications and certifications. There are student helpers with the younger classes to ensure that all students get personal attention.
